DISCUSSION REVIEW PROPOSED FINANCE STUDY SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br />Bryan Elliott, Auditor, reviewed a proposed draft Agenda for the <br />Board to consider for the next Finance Study Session. The Board <br />approved the proposed draft as discussed. RATIFY FISH – REP. NEWHOUSE AND REP. SCHRIER COMMISSIONERS <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve and ratify Commissioner <br />Wachsmith’s signature on letters to Rep. Newhouse and Rep. Schrier <br />regarding FISH’s Congressionally Directed Spending Request, noting <br />they were time-sensitive and due last week. Chairman Osiadacz <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> UPDATE WHITE BOARD COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board reviewed their current whiteboard topics and provided <br />status updates. <br /> DISCUSSION COUNTY FACEBOOK COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board determined that for the week of April 14, 2025, they would <br />post the following on their Facebook page: Two Proclamations one for <br />Public Safety Telecommunicators Week April 13th – 19th, 2025 and the <br />second for Declaring April 18, 2025 as Cle Elum/Roslyn High School <br />Cheer Team Day 2025 WIAA 2B Winter Academic State Champions – <br />Cheerleading; Chamber hosting 2 Workshops for LTAC Reimbursement <br />Training one in Ellensburg on 4/22/2025 @ 5:30 p.m. and the second <br />in Cle Elum on 4/24/2025 @ 5:30 p.m.; Drug Take Back Day and Shred <br />Day in Kittitas County on April 26, 2025. <br /> UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis for the year. The assignments for 2025 <br />were determined at the Board of County Commissioners Office Admin <br />meeting earlier on and they will continue to provide updates at <br />future meetings. <br /> <br />Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their respective <br />departments and exchanged details of those meetings. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br />There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the <br />Board participated in, individually over the past week.
