The Board approved Ms. Murphy’s request as presented. <br /> <br />UPDATE POINT AND PAY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Patti Stacey, Facilities Director, provided a brief update on the <br />Point & Pay implementation challenges. She stated that for the first <br />year she got them to lower the fee to a $1.00, or if the bill is <br />$84.00 or more then it will be 2.5% of the bill. She stated that in <br />April of 2026 the fee will go up to $2.00. <br /> <br />REQUEST WCB ALTERNATE TO POSITION 1 ON BOARD COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator, requested that the Board <br />acknowledge a request from Mark Crowley, Water Conservancy Board <br />Member, to move Judith Jackson from the Alternate #1 seat to the <br />vacant seat #1 to be a full board member. Commissioner Wachsmith <br />moved to acknowledge the request as presented and approved Board <br />signature on a letter of acknowledgement. Chairman Osiadacz <br />seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />UPDATE WHITE BOARD COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board reviewed their current whiteboard topics and provided <br />status updates. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION COUNTY FACEBOOK COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined that for the week of April 21, 2025, they would <br />post the following on their Facebook page: Notice that you can <br />borrow equipment from the County Noxious Weed to do weed spraying on <br />your property for up to two weeks; Rodeo Hall of Fame Field Day June <br />14th, 2025 from 1-4 p.m. at the Event Center – Teanaway Hall. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis for the year. The assignments for 2025 <br />were determined at the Board of County Commissioners Office Admin <br />meeting earlier on and they will continue to provide updates at <br />future meetings. <br /> <br />Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their respective <br />departments and exchanged details of those meetings. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br />
