Penal Bond-Bond of lndemnity <br />04/03/202s <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />The Ellensburg Running club is proposing running a one mile road race <br />starting and finishing at the FISH parking lot on lndustrial Road. We are <br />requesting a waiver to the Penal Bond-Bond of lndemnity. <br />We will use Ro heavy equipmeRt or vehieles for our eveRt and will only <br />have about 100 people running in the bike lanes of the neighborhood of <br />FISH.
