Survey on Short Term Rentals <br /> 14 The community at the Pass is dispersed and fragmented at best. No schools, parks, no community center, no <br /> medical (other than the fire station), no dedicated police force. Calling it a community is a <br /> stretch. STRs impact residents with noise occasionally.
