EXHIBIT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay <br />Contractor compensation not to exceed: <br />Schedule of Unit Prices Measurement and Payment shall be as follows: <br />1. "Mobilization/Demobilization" by the lump sum unit price. This includes all costs for <br />transportation of equipment and personnel; hotels, per diem, and meals forstaff; and fuel <br />for the entire duration of the project. 2.3. 4.5. 6.7. 8.9. $ 47 450.00 <br />2. "Department of Ecology Notice of Intent / Well Log,"by the lump sum unit price <br />following chapter 173-160 WAC. $ 250.00 <br />3. This unit price applies to all drilling below ground surface except in <br />instances of abandonment bythe contractor. $ 250.00 <br />5. "Backfill unused6.375-inchborehole"bytheunitpriceper <br />linearverticalfoot.Thisunitprice appliestoall backfill prior to installation of the sand <br />pack underlying the well screen. <br />$100.00 <br />6. "Construct 2-inch diameter Well" by the unit price per linear vertical foot. This unit price <br />applies to all well construction where the well screen and riser pipe are installed <br />(includes footage above land surface into the monument) the sand pack underlying <br />the well screen, and the seal placed above the sand pack. $ 62.00 <br />7. "Construct minimum 6-inch diameter above ground well monument with bollards"by the <br />lump sum unit price as specified. This lump sum price includes all labor, materials, and <br />equipment for installation of the well monument and bollards. $ 2,500.00 <br />8. "Well development" by the lump sum unit price. This price shall include all labor, <br />materials, and equipment necessary to develop the completed well per the provided <br />specifications. <br />$ 3,500.00 <br />9.
