KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />STAFF REPORT <br />Solid Waste <br />SPECIAL MEETING DATE: March 11, 2025 <br />TOPIC: Professional Services Agreement with Gregory Well Drilling <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Boards signature on a Professional Services <br />Agreement with Gregory Well Drilling. <br />LEAD STAFF: Patti Stacey <br />RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Boards signature on a Professional Service <br />Agreement with Greogry Well Drilling. <br />BRIEFING SUMMARY: In working with Department of Ecology and Parametric a <br />location was agreed upon for the location of an upgradient well at the Ryegrass facility. <br />Parametric prepared bid documents for the installation of the well. The bid documents <br />were used to solicit bids on the MRSC Small works roster. The engineer has reviewed <br />Gregory Well Drilling's bid and has recommended award. <br />FISCAL IMPACTS: Solid Waste 2025 budget included the installation of this well. <br />ATTACHMENTS: PSA <br />Legal consultation: The PSA has been reviewed by the Prosecutors office. <br />[Type here] <br />
