Ryegrass Limited Purpose Landfill and Haiefill Closed Landfill <br />Groundwater and Leachate Sampling and Analysis Plan <br />trittitae CoUnty S41:d wasae <br />a Comparison of data to calculated Lipper Prediction Limits and findings <br />e A summary of concentrations exceeding Chapter 173-200 WAC criteria <br />■ Static water level readings and groundwater contour maps <br />■ Groundwater velocity calculations <br />■ Geochemical evaluation, including cation -anion balancing and trilinear and/or stiff <br />diagraming noting any changes or trends in water chemistry for each well <br />3.3.2 Annual Reports <br />Klttitas County will submit an annual report to Kittitas Health and Ecology by April 1st of each year. <br />The annual report will summarize and interpret the following information (for all four quarters): <br />a All groundwater monitoring data, including laboratory and field data for the sampling periods <br />■ Statistical results and/or any statistical trends, including findings of any SSIs for the year, <br />and time series plots of concentrations <br />■ Calculation of Upper Prediction Limits and Control Charts and background data update <br />a A summary of concentrations above the maximum contaminant levels of Chapter 173- <br />200 WAC, Water Quality Standards for Groundwaters of the State of Washington <br />■ Static water level readings for each monitoring well for each sampling event <br />■ Potentiometric surface elevation maps depicting flow direction for each sampling event <br />in Groundwater flow velocity calculations for each sampling event and a discussion of any <br />trends or changes during the year <br />■ Geochemical evaluation, includingcation•anion balancing and trilinearand/or stiff <br />diagraming for each sampling event noting any changes or trends in water chemistry for each <br />well during the year <br />• Leachate, hydraulic gradient control, and/or leak detection system results. if applicable, for <br />each sampling event <br />3.3.3 EIM Upload Procedure <br />The data will be prepared and uploaded into Ecology's Environmental Information Management (EIM) <br />Database. The method for submitting the data into EIM and submittal guidelines are available at <br />17ttp�'/www.ecy.wa.goyLei n7i subrnitaate.ht.rr7. <br />All groundwater monitoring data must be submitted consistent with procedures specified by the <br />department. Unless otherwise specified by the department, all groundwater monitoring data for the <br />previous year must be submitted by April 1st of each year in an electronic form capable of being <br />transferred into Ecology's data management system. <br />April 2024 1 553-1763-010 3-4 <br />Revised May 2014 <br />
