APPENDIX • • <br />YOUR {year} {County Department} <br />LOGO IN -KIND SPONSORED SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />HERE <br />This Agreement is between Kittitas County and {insert name here} (Sponsor) <br />{insert Department} <br />SPONSOR agrees to provide the following to the {Insert department acronym} as part of their sponsorship: <br />{Insert items or services provided and dates of use or rendering} <br />{Insert department acronym} agrees to comply with all State laws and local ordinances concerning the use of <br />borrowed property or receipt of services. <br />{Insert any other items or services the department acronym agrees to provide} <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />1. Regulations and Requirement: <br />This Agreement shall be subject to all laws, rules and regulations of the United States of America, <br />and State of Washington, and political subdivisions of the State of Washington and to any other <br />provisions set forth herein or in the attached exhibits. <br />2. Modifications: <br />Either party may request changes in the Agreement. However, no terms or conditions of this <br />Agreement shall be held to be waived, modified, amended, or deleted except by an instrument, in <br />writing, signed by both parties. <br />3. Termination for Default: <br />If SPONSOR defaults by failing to perform any of the obligations of the Agreement or becomes <br />insolvent or is declared bankrupt or commits any act of bankruptcy or insolvency, f INSERT <br />DEPARTMENT ACRONYM} may terminate the Agreement in whole or in part whenever {INSERT <br />DEPARTMENT ACRONYM} determines, in its sole discretion that such termination is in the best <br />interests of {INSERT DEPARTMENT ACRONYM}.
