SCJ Alliance <br />March 5, 2025 <br />Project No. NCP2025-076 <br />Assumptions; <br />• Analysis for deep infiltration of stormwater (such as injection wells) and groundwater <br />mounding analysis atop shallow and very low permeability layers (if present) are not <br />included in this scope of work. <br />Task 3 - Project Management <br />Geosyntec will manage their work and that of their subcontractors. Geosyntec will correspond with <br />the County as needed to advance the above scope of work and with respect to contracts, insurance <br />certificates, billing cycles, etc. Progress reports will be provided with each monthly invoice. We <br />have assumed two virtual meetings to discuss findings from our investigations and testing. <br />Schedule <br />We are prepared to begin work on this Project immediately. Assuming no delays scheduling our <br />subcontractors, we estimate we can conduct our and infiltration testing within three weeks of <br />notice -to -proceed. Our draft report will be submitted to you within four weeks of completion of the <br />field work. We will prepare and submit the final, stamped report within one week of receiving and <br />resolving any review comments from you. <br />Time and Materials Cost Estimate <br />The above Services will be billed on a time and materials basis not to exceed $19,950 in accordance <br />with the attached Schedule of Charges and the Cost Estimate Table below. This cost includes about <br />$7,315 of subcontractor costs for private utility locate, excavation, and soil laboratory testing. We <br />will notify you and obtain your authorization if additional effort above and beyond the estimated <br />scope of this work is required. We will use a Contract Change Form to request your authorization <br />for any changes to the above description of Services.
