COUN n' Fax (509) 962-7010 <br />STUDY SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: March 24, 2025 <br />AGENDA ITEM: Approve an Amendment to a Professional Services Agreement with <br />SCJ Alliance <br />BACKGROUND: Work with SCJ Alliance continues as we focus on power utility <br />project plans and coordinating those efforts with the City of <br />Ellensburg.
