Immediate <br />action was taken to temporarily stabilize the facility based on a <br />structural engineer's guidance until permanent repairs could be <br />made. <br />The County Project Manager has contracted Belsaas & Smith to <br />complete the necessary repairs, as directed by the same engineer, so <br />the Armory can be reopened for business. <br />INTERACTION: Kittitas Valley Event Center <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve the PSA with Belsaas & Smith for Armory Beam Repairs <br />ATTACHMENTS: PSA <br />LEAD STAFF: Kady Porterfield, Kittitas Valley Event Center Director <br />
