<br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br /> <br /> The Chamber agrees to provide the following services and engage in the following <br />activities in support of the County’s and outdoor recreation development effort: <br /> <br />1.Tourism and Marketing Outreach/Education <br /> <br />a. Attend monthly Kittitas County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (“LTAC”) meetings to <br />provide updates, assist LTAC as requested, provide performance assessment metrics, <br />and provide reports on marketing activities and where promotions are being done. <br />b. Prepare an annual marketing plan to present to the LTAC at the beginning of each <br />year. <br />c. Serve as liaison/advisor to members of the tourism industry and event organizations. <br />d. Submit a monthly accounting of expenses incurred to the auditor’s office. <br />e. Obtain, analyze, and apply data related to tourism-related activities in such a manner <br />as to aid the review of the effectiveness of Kittitas County's tourism development efforts <br />as requested. <br />• Air BnB, VRBO, other hotel/motel tax payments <br />• Educate existing and prospective Air BnBs, VRBOs, and other lodging tax <br />collectors and rules, regulations, and procedures for both registering as a <br />collector and payment of hotel/motel tax. <br />• Event impact calculator and specific data to event applicants during annual <br />awards. <br />• Conduct quarterly surveys to analyze. <br /> <br />f. Submit quarterly reports to the County about services completed and the state and <br />effectiveness of tourism promotion efforts. As requested, present such reports in person to <br />the Board of County Commissioners (as needed), <br />g. Serve as an outdoor recreation visitor hub to sell a variety of permits for state and local <br />agencies to include (Seasonal) <br /> <br /> i. Xmas Tree Permits iv. Discover Pass <br /> ii. Firewood Permits v. NW Trail Pass <br /> iii. OTV Permits vi. Sno-Park Pass
