EXHIBIl"E" <br />SUBCONTRACTING <br />The Contractor shall subcontract County funding through this agreement to the following <br />subcontractors in the following approximate amounts. This exhibit constitutes written <br />approval of the subcontracts below. <br />Subcontracting Entity Subcontract Amount <br />Ellensburg Counseling Services $125,000 <br />Gateway Counseling Services $125,000 <br />If subcontract agreements and/or actual costs change by more than 10%, the Contractor <br />must immediately notify the County, and the County may require an amendment to this <br />agreement. <br />The County reserves the right to enforce all parts of General Conditions section 6 of this <br />agreement. <br />Kittitas County Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 22 of 22 <br />
