CC <br />RE <br />KITTITA.S C(OII TZIY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />TO Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners <br />DATE: March 24,2025 <br />FROM:Ryan Berge, Maintenance Manager <br />Kittitas County Public Works <br />Candie Leader, Contracts Specialist <br />Special Event Application - Easton Memorial Day Parade <br />After review of the special event application submitted by Cindy Mclaughlin to hold the Easton <br />Memorial Day Parade on May 24,2025, Kittitas County Public Works requires the following: <br />Two (2) Week notice in the Northern Kittitas County Tribune and Daily Record to give residents <br />and the traveling public notice of the event. <br />Placement of Detour Ahead and Detour Route signs are required along with Certified Flaggers at <br />both ends of the detour route. <br />Kittitas County Public Works recommends approval of this event based on the information and <br />proposal submitted, along with the conditions mentioned above. <br />Feel free to contact Kittitas County Public Works with any additional questions at 509-962-7523. <br />411 N.
