Railroad Street <br />wilt be closed at Cross Street to Kachess Ave from 8:00am until4:00pm. There will be detour signs <br />routing the traffic through l't Street. The parade route is down Railroad Streot from Cross Steet turning <br />north on Kachess Ave then east on l't Street starting at 12:00pm to 1:00pm.
