NON.OWNED AIRCRAFT Under COVERAGES, Coverage A - Bodily lniury and Property Damage Liablllty, the paragraph entitled Exclusions is amended as follows: The exclusion entitled Alrcraft, Auto or Watercralt is amended to add thE following: This exclusion does not apply to an aircraft not owned by any Named lnsured, provided that: 1. the pilot in command holds a currenily eflective certilicate issued by the dulY constituted authority ol the United States ol America or Canada, designating that p€rson as a commercial or airline transport pilot; 2. the aircraft is rented with a trained, paid crew to the Named lnsured; and 3. the aircraft is not being used to carry persons or property for a charge. 19. NON.OWNED WATERCRAFT Under GOVERAGES, Covuage A - Bodily lnlury and Property Damage Lhbility, the paragraph entitled Exclgslons is amended to delete subparagraph (2) of the exclusion entltled Aircraft, Auto or Watercraft, and replace it with the following. This excluslon does not apply to: (2) a watercratt that is not owned by any Named lnsursd, provided the watercraft is: (a) less than 75 feet long; and (b) not being used lo carry psrsons or property lor a charge. 20. PERSONAL AND ADVERTISING INJURY {ISCRIMINATION OR HUMILIATION A.
