Damage to Property <br />Property damage to: <br />(1) Property the Named Insured owns, rents, or occupies, including any costs or expenses incuned by you, <br />or any other person, organizaiion or entity, lor repair, replacement, enhancement, resloration or <br />maintenance ol such property for any rsason, including prevention ol injury to a person or damage to <br />another's propsrty; <br />(2) Premises the Named lnsured sells, gives away or abandons, if the property damago arises out ol any <br />part of those prsmises; <br />(3) Property loaned to the Named lnsured; <br />(4) Personal propefi in the care, custody or control ol the lnsurcd; <br />(5) That particular part ol real property on which the Named hsured or any contractors or subcontractors <br />working directly or indirectly on the Named lnsured's behalf are performing operatlons, ll the poperty <br />damago arises out ol those operations; or <br />(61 That particular part ol any property that must be restored, repaired or replaced bscause your work was <br />incorrectly perlormed on it. <br />Paragraphs (1), (3) and (4) of this exclusion do not apply to property damage (other than damage by lire) to <br />premises rented to the Namcd lnsured or temporarily occupied by the Named lncured with the permission ol <br />ths owner, nor to the contents of premises rented to the Named Insur€d for a period of 7 or lewer <br />consEcutive days, A soparate limit ol insurance applies to Damage To Premises Rented To You as described <br />in LIMITS OF INSURAITICE. <br />Paragraph (2) ol this exclusion does not apply il the premises ate your work. <br />Paragraphs (3), (4), (5) and (6) of this excluslon do not apply to liability assumsd under a sidetrack <br />agreemsnt. <br />Paragraph (6) of this exclusion doas nol apply to property damage included in the prodrcts-completed <br />operations hazard. <br />Paragraphs (3) and (4) ol this gxclusion do not apply to ploperty damage to: <br />l. tools, or equipment the lrlamed lnsur€d borrows lrom others, not <br />li. other personal property of others in the Named lnauted's care, custody or controlwhile being used in the <br />Named lnsured's operations away from any Named lngured's ptemises, <br />However, the coverage granted by this exception to Paragraphs (3) and (4) does not apply to: <br />a. property at a job site awaiting or during such property's installation,fabrication, or erection; <br />b. propefi lhat is moblle equlpment leased by an lnsured; <br />c. property that is an auto, aircratt or watercraft; <br />d. propefi in transit;or <br />o. any portion of property damage for which the lnsurod has available other valid and colleclible <br />insuranc€, or would havs such insurance but lor exhaustion of its limits, or but for application of onE of its <br />exclusions, <br />A separate limit ol insurance and deductible apply to such property ol others.
