ffi <br />CT(A GNA PARAMOUNT <br />Gontractors' General Liability Extension Endorsement <br />(2) ll the cause of loss to the damaged work adses as a result of: <br />(a) fire; <br />(b) smoke; <br />(c) collapse;or <br />(d) explosion. <br />B. The lollowing paragraph is added to LIMITS OF INSURANGE: <br />Subject to 5. above, $100,000 is the most the lnsurer will pay under Coverage A for the sum ol damages arising <br />out ol any one occwrencs because ol FoFrty damage to your product and your work that is caused by lire, <br />smoke, collapse or explosion and is included within the product-complelod operations hazard. This sublimit <br />does not apply to propeily damage to your work il the damaged work, or lhe wotk out ol which the damage <br />arises, was perlormed on lhe Named lnsured's behall by a subcontractor. <br />C. COIITRACTUAL LIABILIW - RAILROADS <br />With respect to operations performed within 50 teet ol railroad property, the delinition of insured contact is replaced <br />by the following: <br />lnsured Gontract means: <br />a. A contract for a lease of premises, However, that portion ol tho contract for a lease of premises that indemnifies <br />any person or organization lor damage by fire to premises whlle rented to a Named lnsured or temporarily <br />occupied by a Named lnsured with permission of the owner is not an lnsured contract; <br />b. A sidetrack agreement; <br />e. Any easement or license agreement; <br />d. An obligation, as required by ordinance, to indemnify a municipality, except in connection with work for a <br />municipality; <br />o. An elevator maintenance agreement; <br />l. That part ol any other conlract ot agr€smenl pertalning to the Named lnsured's business (including an <br />indemnification ol a municipality in connection with work perlormed for a municipality) under which the Namcd <br />tnsured assumes the tort liabitity of another party to pay lor bodily iniury or proFrty damage to a thitd person <br />or organization. Tort liability means a liability that would be imposed by law in lhe absence of any conlract or <br />agreement. <br />Paragraph L does not include that part of any contract or agrssment: <br />(1) That indemnilies an architect, engineer or survoyor for injury or damage arising out of: <br />(a) Preparing, approving or lailing to prepare or approve maps, shop drawings, opinions, rsports, surveys, <br />field orders, change otders or drawings and specifications; or <br />(b) Giving directions or instructions, or lailing to give them, il that is the primary cause of the injury or <br />damage; <br />(2) Under which lhe lnsurod, if an architect, engineer or surueyor, assumes liability lor an iniuyor damage <br />arising out of the insured's lendering or failure to render prolessional servic€s, including those listed in (l) <br />above and superulsory, inspection, architectural or engineeilng activities, <br />8.
