ADDITIONAL llttsURED - PRIiIARY AND NONCONTRIBUTORY TO ADDITIoNAL lNsuRED'S INSURANCE The Other lnsurance Condition in the COiliIERCIAL GENEBAL LIABILITY COltlDlTlOltlS Section is amEnded to add the lollowing paragraph: ll the Named lneured has agreed in writing in a contract or agrsem€nt that this insurance is primary and non- contributory relative to an addilional insured's own insurance, then this insurance is primary, and the lnsursr will not seek contribution lrom that other insurance. For the purpos€ of lhis Provision 2., the additional insured's own insurance means insurance on which tfre additional insured is a named insured. Othetwise, and notwithstanding qnything to the contrary elsewhere in this Condition, the insurance provided to such person or organization is excess of any other insurance avaihbb to such person or organizalion. 3. BODILY INJURY. EXPANDED DEFINITION Under DEFINITIONS, the delinition ol bodily injury is deleted and replaced by the following: Bodlty iniury means physical injury, sickness or disease sustained by a person, including death, humiliation, shock, mental anguish or mental injury sustained by that percon at any time which results as a oonssquence ol the physical injury, sickness or disease. 4. BROAD KNOWTEDGE OF OCCUBRENCE./NOTICE OF OCCURRETICE Under CONDITIONS, the condition entilled Dutlee ln The Event ol Occurrence, O{lense, Clalm or Suil is amended to add lhe following provisions: A. BROAD KNOWTEDGEOFOCCURRENCE The Named hsured must give the lnsurer or the lnsure/s authorized representative notice ol an oecufienoe, otlense or claim only when the ocanrrenco, otfense or claim is known to a natural psrson ilamed lnsuled, to a partner, executive officer, managsr or member of a Named lnsurod, or an employee designated by any of the above lo give such notice. B. NOTICE OF OCCUFREIICE The Named lnsured's rights under this Coverage Part will not be prejudiced if the Nam€d lnsured lails to glve the lnsurer notice ol an oocuronco, otfense or claim and lhat lailure is solely due to the Nam€d lnsured's reasonable beliel that the bodily iniury or property damage is nol covered undEr this Goverage Patt, However, the Named lnsured shall give written notice ol such occunencg, offense or elalm to the lnsurer as soon as the Named lnsured is aware that this insurance may apply to such occllr€neo, ollense or claim. 5.
