03/18/2025 MINUTES 5 <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />At 10:18 a.m. Vice-Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session for 15 minutes with Josh Fredrickson, Public Works <br />Director, Cameron Curtis, Engineer, Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil <br />Deputy Prosecutor, Patricia Todd, Deputy Prosecutor III, and Arden <br />Thomas, Water Resource Program Manager, RCW 42.30.110 (i) To discuss <br />with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the <br />agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. Possible action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:33 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. <br /> <br />The Board directed Staff to bring forward documents at a later date for <br />consideration from the Prosecutors office.
