27.2 This Agreement embodies the entire Agreement between the County and
<br />Contractor, and supersedes any and atl, prior agreements, regarding the Work.
<br />No change, amendment or modification of any provisions of this Agreement
<br />shaLt be vatid unl.ess set forth in a written instrument signed by the party to be
<br />bound thereby.
<br />27.3 The rights and remedies of the County set forth in any provision of this
<br />Agreement are in addition to and do not in anyway limit any other rights of
<br />remedies afforded to the County by any other provisions of this Agreement, by
<br />any of Contractor's Support or by [aw.
<br />27.4 The headings of sections and paragraphs of this Agreement are for
<br />convenience of reference onty and are not intended to restrict, affect or be of
<br />any weight in the interpretation or construction of the provisions of such
<br />sections or paragraphs.
<br />28. Waiver:
<br />Waiver of any breach or condition of this Agreement shal,t not be deemed a waiver of any prior
<br />or subsequent breach. No terms or conditions of this Agreement shal.l, be hetd to be waived,
<br />modified or del.eted except by an instrument, in writing, signed by the parties hereto.
<br />29. Survivat:
<br />Theprovisionsof paragraphs7,g,11,1g,14,15, 16, 17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,28,30,and
<br />g1 ,32 shatl. survive, notwithstanding the termination or inval,idity of this Agreement for any
<br />reason.
<br />30. Nondiscrimination:

<br />ln the performance of this Agreement, the Contractorwitl, not discriminate
<br />against any emptoyee or appticant for employment on the grounds of race,

<br />the prohibition against discrimination in empl.oyment because of
<br />handicap shatt not appty if the particutar disabitity prevents the proper
<br />performance of the particutar worker invotved. The Contractor shat[ ensure
<br />that appl.icants are emptoyed, and that emptoyees are treated during
<br />empl,oyment without discrimination because of their race, creed, cotor,

<br />be l,imited to: empl,oyment, upgrading, demotion or transfers, recruitment or
