A certificate of insurance, and accompanying endorsement, shall be filed with the <br />county prior to the issuance of the permit which names Kittitas County, its officers and <br />employees, as an additional insured party with respect to activities in connection with <br />this permit for no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence.
