GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. Scope of Contractor's Services: Contractor agrees to provide to the County services and any materiats set forth in the project narrative identified in Exhibit "A" during the Agreement period. No materiat, [abor, or facitities wiL1 be furnished by the County, untess othenruise provided for in the Agreement. 2. Performance of Work: Contractor shal,t perform work in accordance with, and shal.l. compty with, atl of the provisions of this Agreement. Atl. work shal,t compty with appticabte codes and ordinances. 3. Schedute of Performance: Unl.ess directed otherwise by the County, the Contractor shatl perform the work in accordance with any schedutes made a part of this Agreement. 4. Definitions 4.1 4.2 4.3 "AdditionaI lnsured's" means the COunty, its SuccessOrS and aSsigns, and the respective directors, officers, emptoyees, agents and representatives of the County and its successors and assigns. "SuppOrt" meanS the fol,l,Owing: Contractor'S directOrs, offiCerS, emptOyeeS, agents and representatives; and sub-ContractorS of any tier; the respective directors, officers, empl,oyees, agents and representatives of these sub- Contractors of any tier; and any other person or entity acting under the direction or controt of, or on behal.f of, Contractor or any Contractor'S sub- Contractors of any tier in connection with or incident to the performance of the Work orthis Agreement. The "Work" means atl. of the duties l,isted in Exhibit A and the performance of a[[ other ob[igations under this Agreement by Contractor or its Support. 5. Accounting and Payment for Contractor Services: Payment to the Contractor for services rendered under this Agreement shat[ be as set forth in Exhibit "8". Where Exhibit "8" requires payments by the County, payment shall' be based upon bil,tings, supported untess otherwise provided in Exhibit "8", bY documentation of units of work actuat[y performed and amounts earned, inctudingwhere appropriate, the actuat number of days worked each month, totat number of hours for the month, and the total dottar payment requested. Untess specificatl.y stated in Exhibit "B" or approved in writing in advance by the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners, the County wil,t not reimburse the Contractor for any costs or expenses incurred by the Contractor in performance of this Agreement. Where required, the County shatl., upon receipt of appropriate documentation, compensate the contractor, no more often than monthl,y, through the county voucher system, for the Contractor's service pursuant to the fee schedute set forth in Exhibit "B".
