The schedute of <br />prevaiting wages rates for the l,ocatity or locatities of the Work is determined by the <br />lndustriaL statistician of the Department of Labor and lndustries. lt is the Contractor's <br />responsibitity to verify the appticabte prevaiLing wage rate. lt is understood that the <br />Contractor is responsibLe for obtaining and compteting al.l. required government forms and <br />submitting same to the proper authorities. <br />Disputes regarding prevail,ing wage rates shaLl. be referred for arbitration to the Director of <br />the Department of Labor and lndustries. The arbitration decision shatt be final and <br />conctusive and binding on att parties invotved in the dispute as provided for by RCW <br />39.12.060. <br />32. Debarment Certification: <br />The Contractor certifies that it: <br />32.1 ls not presentl,y debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, dectared <br />inetigibte or votuntarity exctuded from covered transactions by any Federat <br />department or agency. <br />32.2 Has not within a three-year period preceding the execution of this contract <br />with Kittitas County, been convicted of or had a civil judgment rendered <br />against them for commission of fraud or a criminaI offense in connection <br />with obtaining, attempting to obtain, or performing a pubtic or private <br />agreement or transaction, viotation of FederaI or State antitrust statutes or <br />commission of embezztement, theft, forgery, bribery, fatsification or <br />destruction of records, makingfal.se statements, tax evasion, receiving <br />stoten property, making fatse ctaims, or obstruction of justice. <br />Kittitas County ProfessionaI Services Agreement <br />Page13of20
