EXHIBIT ''A'' <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing al,l, materiat and labor, the Contractor shatl perform the fol'towing <br />activities to expand recovery services for veterans, seniors, and youth in <br />Kittitas Gounty: <br />Prevention <br />Workshops: Offer bi-monthty workshops for seniors and veterans focused on mentaI heatth, <br />stress management, and earty intervention. <br />youth Programs: Expand 509teens after-school, program with prevention workshops and peer <br />ted support groups addressing mentaI heatth, substance use, and coping strategies. <br />Community Events: Host/Co-Host events to raise awareness about avaitabte prevention <br />services. <br />Pol,icy and Advocacy <br />Advocacy Campaigns: Partner with Local, and state organizations to push for poticies that <br />improve access to behavioral, heal.th services, hosting bi-annual, meetings with poLicymakers <br />Community Engagement: Organize forums and advocacy training for seniors, veterans, and <br />youth to raise awareness and empower community invotvement. <br />Orga nizationat Gh a n ges <br />Staff & Hub Expansion: Hire additional, staff, including a Youth Services Leader, and expand <br />avaitabte services in our three KCRCO hubs to improve access to care in rural areas. <br />Staff Training: Provide additional,training in trauma-informed care, youth engagement and <br />cul,tural, competence to better support our target poputations. <br />ReducingStigma <br />publ.ic Awareness Campaign: Launch anti-stigma campaigns with educational materiats, <br />social media, and events focused on mental heal'th. <br />StoryteLting & Outreach: Share recovery stories and del,iver stigma-reduction presentations <br />through KCRCO and community partner events. <br />School, & Community Outreach: Presentations in schoots and community centers on <br />substance use disorder awareness. <br />Screening and EarlY lntervention <br />BehavioraI Heatth Screenings: Foster warm hand off referrats to network partners that provide <br />screenings. <br />Earty lntervention: Continued cotLaborations on impl.ementing earty intervention programs in <br />schoots and communitY centers. <br />Kittitas Cou nty Prof essi o n a I Services Agree me nt <br />Page15oI2l
