PROFESSIO NAL SE RVIC ES AGREEM ENT <br />Between <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />and <br />Kittitas County Recovery Community Organization (KCRCO) <br />For <br />KCRCO Expansion of Services <br />This Agreement is made by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter "the County") and <br />Kittitas County Recovery Community Organization (hereinafter "Contractor"). The County and <br />Contractor agree as fottows: <br />o GeneraI Conditions <br />o Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />o Exhibit B (Compensation) <br />o Exhibit C (Proof of lnsurance) <br />o Exhibit D (Reporting) <br />copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as futty as if set <br />forth herein. <br />The term of this Agreement shal.l commence on 1/1/2025 and continue unti[ 12/31/2026. Any <br />party may terminate this Agreement by giving thirty (30) days' notice in writing either <br />persona1ty detivered or mail.ed postage-prepaid by certified mait, return receipt requested, to <br />the party's tast known address for the purposes of giving notice under this paragraph. <br />Contractor acknowtedges and by signing this Agreement agrees that the lndemnification <br />provisions set forth in Paragraphs 7 (lndependent Contractor), 9 (Taxes), 15 (Defense and <br />lndemnity Agreement), 21 (Patent/Copyright lnfringement) and 24 (Confidential'ity), are totatty <br />and ful.l.y part of this Agreement and have been mutuatty negotiated by the parties. <br />Kittitas County Professionat Services Agreement <br />Page 1 of 21
