4) Workers'Compensation. <br />' Workers'Compensation in amounts required by Law <br />contractor shatt furnish the county a certificate of lnsurance with Endorsement as evidence that <br />poticies providing insurance required by this Agreement are in fut[ force and effect. Contractor <br />hereby waives att rights of recourse, inctuding any right to which another may be subrogated, <br />against Kittitas County for personat injury, inctuding death, and property damage. Contractor's <br />insurance poticies required above shatt be primary insurance and shatt be non-contributing with <br />any other insurance maintained by Kittitas County. <br />The Contractor shatt assume futt responsibitity for att toss or damage from any cause whatsoever to <br />any toots, Contractor's emptoyee-owned toots, machinery, equipment, or motor vehictes owned or <br />rented by the contractor, or the contractor's agents, supptiers or contractors as we[[ as to any <br />temporary structures, scaffotding and protective fences. <br />The Contractor shatl. have sote responsibitity for ensuring the insurance coverage and timits <br />required are obtained by subcontractors. <br />NOTE: No contract shal.t form untit and untess a copy of the Certificate of lnsurance with <br />Endorsement, property compteted and in the amount required, is attached hereto' <br />Kittitas County ProfessionaI Services Agreement <br />Pagel8of19
