EXHIBIT"B" COMPENSATION As fuil. compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shal,t pay the Contractor compensation of $306,988. Funds must onty be used to accomptish the Scope of Work as found in Exhibit A Scope of Work' Attowabte expenses inctude, but are not timited to, salaries, wages, benefits, direct ctient services, promotion, outreach activities, suppties that are necessary and directty retated to the scope of work, professionat devetopment and training, travet, equipment, and subcontracts' Any uses of these f unds outside of the tisted attowabte uses must be approved by Kittitas County in advance of the expenditure, in writing. Att f unding is based on locaI tax and fee revenue. lf tocat economic conditions resutt in insufficient funds to compensate at the stated levets, the county reserves the right to renegotiate funding amounts to remain within avaitabte revenue balances. The County witt notify the Contractor immediatety if financiat forecasting or actuats indicate such a circumstance. AU. funds must be spent by 12/31/2026. No extension of the f unding period witt be granted. Reimbursement Procedures A. Lls. B. Att invoices must be submitted by the 20th day of the month fottowing the catend ar month in which services were detivered. c. The contactor must provide adequate backup documentation to support costs in each invoice. This inctudes a generaI tedger from the financiat accounting system detaiting transactions and expenditure dates for attowabte activities within the period of performance. payrol,t expenses must show emptoyee names, hourty rate, number of hours' total pay, and project code. Benefits can be one Line item but shoutd inctude project code. Non-payrot[ expenses must inctude a copy of the receipt or payment invoice. D. Att invoices must inctude invoice data and an invoice number. E. Al,t invoices must atso be accompanied by an updated Contractor Spending Form, as provided by Kittitas County, to ensure that biLting record keeping matches County records' F. Faiture to submit required monthty detiverabte reports as outtined in Exhibit A: Scope of Work may resutt in detayed reimbursement payments or deniaI of invoices. G. Kittitas County is not tiabte for services provided unless the invoice is received on time or prior arrangements are agreed to in writing signed by the county.
