Prevail.ingWage: The Contractor shatl. pay the prevail,ing rate of wages to att workers, [aborers, or mechanics emptoyed in the performance of any part of the Work in accordance with RCW 39.12 and the rul,es and regutations of the Department of Labor and lndustries. The schedute of prevaiting wages rates for the Locatity or tocal,ities of the Work is determined by the lndustriat Statistician of the Department of Labor and lndustries. lt is the Contractor's responsibil.ity to verify the appticabl.e prevail.ing wage rate. lt is understood that the Contractor is responsibl.e for obtaining and compLeting al.l, required government forms and submitting same to the proper authorities. Disputes regarding prevaiting wage rates shal,l, be referred for arbitration to the Director of the Department of Labor and lndustries. The arbitration decision shal.t be final and conctusive and binding on att parties invotved in the dispute as provided for by RCW 39.12.060. 32. Debarment Certification: The Contractor certifies that it:g23 ls not presentl.y debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, dectared inetigibte or votuntaril.y excLuded from covered transactions by any Federal department or agencY. 92.2 Has not within a three-year period preceding the execution of this contract with Kittitas County, been convicted of or had a civit judgment rendered against them for commission of fraud or a criminal offense in connection with obtaining, attempting to obtain, or performing a pubLic or private agreement or transaction, viol,ation of Federat or State antitrust statutes or commission of embezztement, theft, forgery, bribery, fatsification or destruction of records, making faLse statements, tax evasion, receiving stoten property, making fatse claims, or obstruction of justice.
