Wates lnvestments LLC, Ryan Wal.es <br />PO Box 1681 <br />Ettensburg, WA 98926 <br />RE: BowtingAtteyLease <br />To Whom lt May Concern: <br />Regarding the bowting attey tease section E, item number 1, which specifies that the grand <br />opening of the facitity is within 18 months, we are requesting an extension of this timeLine <br />due to the fol.towing uncontrottabte and/or unforeseen circumstances. <br />a <br />a <br />The main electricaI service coming in from the City of El.tensburg did not have the <br />correct vottage/suppty for the new pinsetter equipment being instaU.ed. This <br />required the service to be reptaced. The City of ELLensburgthen had to upgrade the <br />transformers and wire that was servicing the buitding to suppty the correct amount <br />of power. <br />With the new transformers and service being designed this brought up another lssue <br />that the existing HVAC equipment would cause too much draw from the grid causing <br />potential fticker rates that were out of standard for the City of Ettensburg. We then <br />had to replace both HVAC units to the building and consutt with a company that <br />could time the start of the new units $o that neither one of them came on at the <br />same time to avoid this probtem. <br />Our vendor, Brunswick, is the onl,y bowLing altey equipment manufacturer that can <br />supplythe equipment needed to comptete this project.
