Per Washington Administrative Code 388-850-020, each county shalI submit a written ptan for <br />developmentat disabitities services to the Washington State Department of SociaI and Heatth Services, <br />Developmentat Disabitities Administration (DDA), every two years in atignment with the state's fiscal <br />biennium. <br />According to county guidelines from DDA, the county plan <br />for devetopmentaI disabitities is intended to be devetoped <br />by the county developmentat disabilities advisory board <br />and it aims to: <br />1. Encourage and support the abitity of communities <br />to include peopte with devetopmentaI disabitities. <br />2. lnftuence the direction of local devetopmental <br />disabi tities services. <br />3.
