CONSUMER SUPPORT SERVICES <br />I N DI V I DU AL SU PPORTED EI,APLOY MENT <br />lndividuat Supported Employment (lSE) services are part of <br />an individual's pathway to employment and are tailored to <br />individual needs, interests, and abitities. They are <br />intended to promote career development. These are <br />individuatized services necessary to hetp peopte with <br />developmentat disabitities obtain and continue integrated <br />employment at or above the state's minimum wage in the <br />general workforce.
