Disabitity-related barriers to emptoyment identified by customers of the Washington <br />State Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) were work tolerance, communication, interpersonal <br />skitls, setf-care, setf-direction, work skitls, and mobitity. Other barriers inctuded education/training, <br />job skitls, avaitable jobs, job-seeking skitts, and emptoyer attitudes. Most customers work 20 hours a <br />week or less and earn between 514.49-518.99 per hour.
