Kittitas County <br />Office of the County Treasurer <br />Amy Cziske, Treasurer <br />January 16,2025 <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />205 West 5th Ave Suite 108 <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />RE: Admissions Tax- Yakima River Canyon Marathon <br />Board Members: <br />The Board of County Commissioners received a special event application submitted by Frank <br />Purdy for the Yakima River Canyon Marathon. <br />This event is presented by the yakima Hardcore Runners CLub which is a 501c3 organization and <br />is therefore eiempt from the collection and remittance of admissions tax.
