SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following <br />activities to implement the AccessPlus - Serving Our Seniors and Heroes project: <br />Develop a detailed project plan with tasks. <br />Identify resources and professionals in the community to support the project tasks. <br />Execute contracts with subcontractors. <br />• Recruit and hire staff to support program implementation. <br />• Hold a workshop to identify marketing materials needed. <br />• Produce and distribute marketing materials. <br />• Expand hours for group activities. <br />• Expand intergenerational programs. <br />® Increase options for exercise classes. <br />® Implement "Senior Olympics". <br />• LMT performs Geriatric Chair Massage weekly. <br />® RN performs Professional Foot Care monthly. <br />• Partnerwith the Alzheimer's Association in community education. <br />• Incorporate new cognitive stimulation activities into existing programs. <br />• Provide take-home cognitive stimulation and mindfulness materials for practice. <br />• Offer Holistic Aging class series. <br />• Continue to offer digital literacy workshops. <br />• Install new software and hardware. <br />• Install acoustic equipment. <br />• Develop a legacy project involving seniors and veterans in partnership with youth <br />programs, the Heritage Club and the Northern Kittitas County Historical Society, and <br />possibly Central Washington University. <br />Kittitas County Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 15 of 21 <br />
