ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT - OWNERS, <br />OR CONTRACTORS <br />Effective Date: 7/9/2024 <br />Policy Number: MNGR-P-2001390 <br />Insured Name: The Watershed Research and Training Center <br />Writing Company: Benchmark Specialty Insurance Company <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br />CONTRACTORS POLLUTION LIABILITY POLICY <br />SCHEDULE <br />NAME OF PERSON(S) OR ORGANIZATION(S): <br />Any person(s) or organization(s) whom the Named Insured (Named Insured) agrees, in a written <br />contract, to name as an additional insured. However, this status exists only for the project specified in <br />that contract. <br />The following condition is added to the policy and supersedes anything to the contrary: <br />A. SECTION II —WHO IS AN INSURED is amended to include the person(s) or organization shown in the <br />SCHEDULE as an additional insured, but only with respect to liability arising out of your ongoing <br />operations performed for that insured. <br />B. With respect to the insurance afforded to these additional insureds, the following exclusion is <br />added: <br />This insurance does not apply to bodily injury ("bodily injury") or property damage ("property <br />damage") occurring after: <br />(1) All work, including materials, parts or equipment furnished in connection with such work, <br />on the project (other than service, maintenance, or repairs) to be performed by or on <br />behalf of the additional insured(s) at the site of the covered operations has been <br />completed; or <br />(2) That portion of your work ("your work") out of which the injury or damage arises has <br />been put to its intended use by any person or organization other than another contractor <br />or subcontractor engaged in performing operations for a principal as a part of the same <br />project. <br />All other terms and conditions remain the same. <br />MG-UN-0018 07/2022 <br />
