<br />a) Nodballfi—Ination Requllemont.During the term ofthis Contract, CONTRACTOR,
<br />including any subcontractor, shall not discriminate on the bases enumerated atMW,

<br />written notice of this nondiscrimination requirement to any labor organization$ with
<br />which CONTRACTOR, or subcontractor, has a collective bargaining or other agreement.
