03/04/2025 MINUTES 5 <br /> <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS – NONE CITIZEN COMMENTS <br />Pat Kelleher provided comments on the redevelopment in the Yakima Canyon <br />by the Bureau of Land Management, and encouraged the Board to enter into <br />an agreement with them. BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS ORDINANCE 2025-002 ROSLYN RIDGE PUD & SHORT PLAT CDS <br />Bradley Gasawski, Planner I, reviewed a Staff Report for the Closed <br />Record Hearing on the Roslyn Ridge Planned Unit Development & Short <br />Plat. He said the Hearing Examiner held an open record hearing and <br />issued a recommendation of approval with Findings of Fact, Conclusions <br />of Law, and Conditions of Approval. <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve Ordinance No. 2025-002, Granting <br />Approval to the Roslyn Ridge West Planned Unit Development (PD-24-00001) <br />and Short Plat (SP-24-00004). Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS – NONE EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />At 10:25 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session for 10 minutes with Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil <br />Deputy Prosecutor; Josh Fredrickson, Public Works Director; and Arden <br />Thomas, Water Resource Program Manager, for 10 minutes, under RCW <br />42.30.110(b) to consider the acquisition of real estate by lease or <br />purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause <br />a likelihood of increased price. Possible action. <br /> <br />At 10:35 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve the Water Rights Purchase and Sale <br />Agreement and to authorize the Water Resource Program Manager to sign <br />documents. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded.
