KITTITAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />RESOLUTION NO.2024 - <br />A Resolution Certifying the Levy for the County Road Fund for municipal <br />purposes of Kittitas County, Washington for the year 2025 according to <br />the assessed valuation as determined in the year 2024. <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners ("BOCC") has reviewed and is <br />considering its 2025 Budget; and <br />WHEREAS, the BOCC, after hearing and duly considering all relevant evidence and testimony <br />presented. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED in accordance with RCW 84.52.020, the Board of County <br />Commissioners for Kittitas County does hereby certify that the following levy amounts be collected in <br />2025 as provided in the County's budget, which was adopted following a public hearing held on December <br />2"d, 2024: <br />County Road Fund <br />Dated this 171h day of December, 2024. <br />SEAL , <br />Clerk of the card <br />$9,185,000 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY �l . <br />Ch�itr�a: <br />Commissioner <br />
