Per Washington Administrative Code 388-850-020, each county shatt submit a written plan for <br />developmentat disabitities services to the Washington State Department of Sociat and Heatth Services, <br />Developmentat Disabilities Administration (DDA), every two years in atignment with the state's fiscal <br />biennium. <br />According to county guidetines from DDA, the county ptan <br />for devetopmentaI disabitities is intended to be devetoped <br />by the county developmentat disabitities advisory board <br />and it aims to: <br />1. Encourage and support the abitity of communities <br />to inctude people with developmental disabitities. <br />2. lnfluence the direction of locaI devetopmentaI <br />disabi tities services. <br />3.
