Staff Training includes costs incurred by the program for the <br />ptanned, structured activities for the purpose of providing, or <br />improving, or enhancing job-retated knowledge and skitts of staff, <br />providers, votunteers, or interning students in the provision of <br />devetopmentat disabi tity services. <br />.
