By June 30, 2026, the Kittitas Vattey Opportunities witt host or coordinate with the County <br />Coordinator and/or Transition Team, at least 2 outreach and education events. <br />Through June 30, 2026, the Kittitas Valtey Opportunities wilt participate in att scheduted <br />teleconferences with the Statewide Parent Coatition and Community Advocacy Coatition. <br />By June 30, 2026, the Kittitas Valtey Opportunities wi[[ increase the number of contacts on the <br />list serve by at least 15. <br />Through June 30, 2026, the Kittitas Valtey Opportunities witt disseminate tegistative and <br />advocacy information through the Facebook page and the emait tist serve at least quarterty. <br />Through June 30, 2026, Kittitas County Heatth Network witt attend relevant community <br />meetings such as Earty lntervention Network, meet with partner agencies, and attend relevant <br />conferences. <br />Through June 30, 2026, Kittitas County Heatth Network to work with partner agencies to <br />increase awareness of DDA and retated services that are avaitabte. <br />Through June 30, 2026, Kittitas County Heatth Network to work directty with famities who may <br />quatify for DDA and retated services and provide technical assistance, as needed. <br />Through June 30, 2025, Kittitas County Heatth Network to distribute information within Kittitas <br />County via ftyer, outreach materials, socia[ media, etcetera to provide understandabte <br />education to individuals and families about services. <br />Through June 30, 2026, Kittitas County Heatth Network to participate in relevant events that <br />reach individuats and families who may quatify for DoA and retated services. <br />lncrease the number of students participating in job foundations, so that at least 50 percent of <br />each eligibte transition year participates in the job foundation program by June 30, 2026. <br />TRAINING <br />There are two types of training that can be funded: Staff Training and <br />Board Training. <br />. Staff Training includes costs incurred by the program for the <br />ptanned, structured activities for the purpose of providing, or <br />improving, or enhancing job-retated knowledge and skitts of staff, <br />providers, votunteers, or interning students in the provision of <br />devetopmentat disabi tity services. <br />. Board Training includes costs incurred by the program for <br />ptanned, structured activities designed to provide, improve, or <br />enhance program-related skills of board or advisory committee <br />members. <br />Training Goa[: Provide timely and relevant training to increose capacity for people working with youth <br />and adults with disobilities. <br />2024-2026 Ta rgeted Outcomes <br />o Promote att WISE training to subcontractors, monthty, throughout the contract year to <br />encourage and assist with attendance through June 30,2026..
