Disabitity-retated barriers to employment identified by customers of the Washington <br />State Division of VocationaI Rehabititation (DVR) were work toterance, communication, interpersonal <br />skitls, setf-care, self-direction, work skitls, and mobitity. Other barriers inctuded education/training, <br />job skills, availabte jobs, job-seeking skitts, and emptoyer attitudes. Most customers work 20 hours a <br />week or less and earn between 514.49-518.99 per hour.
