BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE KITTITAS COUNTY DEVELOPMENTAL <br />DISABILITIES PLAN 2024-2026 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-____ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County has obligations under RCW 71A.14 to provide certain services <br />as detailed pertaining to developmental disabilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, must complete and submit a written biennial plan for developmental <br />disabilities services to the Washington State Department of Social and <br />Health Services, Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) in <br />accordance with WAC 388-850-020; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The plan aims to support and encourage the community in the inclusion of <br />people with disabilities and influence the direction of developmental <br />disabilities services with input from people with disabilities, families, and <br />community members; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Developmental Disability Advisory Committee made <br />the formal recommendation to approve the Kittitas County Developmental <br />Disabilities Plan 2024-2026; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Board of County Commissioners, <br />hereby adopts the Kittitas County Developmental Disabilities Plan 2024-2026 as <br />presented. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this day of 2025. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Laura Osiadacz, Chair <br /> <br /> <br /> _________________________________ <br />ATTEST: Cory Wright, Vice-Chair <br /> <br />
