Public Works has received requests from entities to utilize the public rights -of -way for <br />purposes other than transportation or utility installation. As an example, we have received <br />requests from companies associated with the Film Industry to utilize sections of the <br />roadway for short durations. To address cost recovery of this a Road Use Agreement fee <br />has been developed. The proposed fee is $972.00, or the same fee as a Road Closure <br />Request. <br />The Water Resources Program will need to update Water Banking fees to incorporate the <br />Roan Bank water rights, which the County is under contract to purchase. Water <br />mitigation from the Roan Bank serves a different area than the rest of the water bank <br />assets and has a more limited supply.
