02/18/2025 MINUTES 2 <br />RESOLUTION 2025-035 RENTAL RATES & FEE SCHEDULE EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />VICE-CHAIRMAN WRIGHT moved to approve Resolution 2025-035, Adopting <br />Amendments to Rental Rates and Fee Schedule at the Kittitas Valley <br />Event Center, effective on February 19, 2025. COMMISSIONER WACHSMITH <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WATER DISTRICT #2 PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />At 2:04 p.m. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ opened a Public Hearing to consider A <br />Non-Exclusive Sewer and Water Franchise with Kittitas County Water <br />District No. 2 in Ronald, WA. <br /> <br />JOSH FREDRICKSON, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR, reviewed a Staff Report and <br />recommended approval of a Non-Exclusive Sewer and Water Franchise <br />request from Kittitas County Water District No. 2 in Ronald, WA. <br /> <br />THERE BEING NO PUBLIC IN ATTENDANCE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE <br />PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT WATER DISTRICT #2 PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />VICE-CHAIRMAN WRIGHT moved to approve a Non-Exclusive Sewer and <br />Water Franchise to Use County Roads, Rights-of-Way and Other County <br />Property within Kittitas County, with Kittitas County Water District <br />No. 2. COMMISSIONER WACHSMITH seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING CHEYENNE AIR LLC PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />At 2:06 p.m. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ opened a Public Hearing to consider A <br />Lease with Cheyenne Air LLC for property located at the Kittitas <br />County Airport, Bowers Field. <br /> <br />JOSH FREDRICKSON, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR, requested to continue the <br />Public Hearing until Tuesday March 18, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the <br />Commissioners Auditorium. <br /> <br />THERE BEING NO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC IN ATTENDANCE, THE PUBLIC <br />PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />VICE-CHAIRMAN WRIGHT moved to continue the Public Hearing to Tuesday <br />March 18, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, noting <br />the record was to remain open.
