Nondiscrimination in Services The Contractor wiLt not discriminate against any recipient of any services or benefits provided for in this Agreement on the grounds of race, creed, cotor, national. origin, sex, sexuaI orientation, maritaI status, age or the presence of any sensory, mentat or physicathandicap. lf any assignment and/or subcontracting has been authorized by the County, said assignment or subcontract shatt inctude appropriate safeguards against discrimination.
