Any <br />party may terminate this Agreement by giving thirty (30) days' notice in writing either <br />personatty del,ivered or maited postage-prepaid by certified mait, return receipt requested, to <br />the party's last known address for the purposes of giving notice under this paragraph. <br />Contractor acknowtedges and by signing this Agreement agrees that the lndemnification <br />provisions set forth in Paragraphs 7 (lndependent Contractor), 9 (Taxes), 15 (Defense and <br />lndemnityAgreement),21 (Patent/Copyright lnfringement)and 24 (Confidentiatity), are totatty <br />and ful.ty part of this Agreement and have been mutuatty negotiated by the parties. <br />Kittitas County ProfessionaI Services Agreement <br />Page 1 of 19
