PrevaitingWage: The Contractor shatt pay the prevaiting rate of wages to atl. workers, [aborers, or mechanics emptoyed in the performance of any part of the Work in accordance with RCW 39.1 2 and the rutes and reguLations of the Department of Labor and lndustries. The schedute of prevaiLing wages rates for the tocal.ity or tocatities of the Work is determined by the lndustriaL statistician of the Department of Labor and lndustries. lt is the Contractor's responsibitity to verify the appticabte prevaiting wage rate. lt is understood that the Contractor is responsibte for obtaining and comp[eting att required government forms and submitting same to the proper authorities. Disputes regarding prevail.ing wage rates shatt be referred for arbitration to the Director of the Department of Labor and lndustries. The arbitration decision shatt be finaI and conctusive and binding on al,l, parties invol,ved in the dispute as provided for by RCW 39.12.060. 32. Debarment Certification: The Contractor certifies that it: g2.1 ls not presentl,y debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, dectared ine1igibte or voluntarity excl.uded from covered transactions by any FederaI dePartment or agency. 92.2 Has not within a three-year period preceding the execution of this contract with Kittitas County, been convicted of or had a civiI judgment rendered against them for commission of fraud or a criminal offense in connection with obtaining, attempting to obtain, or performing a pubtic or private agreement or transaction, vioLation of Federat or State antitrust statutes or commission of embezztement, theft, forgery, bribery, fatsification or destruction of records, makingfatse statements, tax evasion, receiving stoten property, making fatse ctaims, or obstruction of justice.
