BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RE,SOLUTION ADOPTING THE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES <br />ADVISORY COMMITTEE BYLAWS <br />RESoLUTToN No. 2o2s-q5{3 <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2016-025 separated the Mental Health, Developmental <br />Disabilities, Substance Abuse board establishing a separate <br />Developmental Disabilities Board; and <br />WHEREAS, The board approved the development and implementation of previous <br />bylaws in February,2019; and <br />WHEREAS, The board finds an update of the bylaws to better reflect their mission and <br />committee processes; and <br />WHEREAS, on January l4tt',2025,the board approved the updated bylaws; and <br />WHEREAS, incorporates the Developmental Disabilities Advisory Committee bylaws <br />by reference and attached hereto; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Board of County Commissioners, <br />approves and adopts the Developmental Disabilities Advisory Committee bylaws as <br />presented. <br />ADoPTED trri, 18 <br />h <br />a ay of ft-bf WfW,, 202s.U <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Chair <br />Vice-Chair
