Adding Flock cameras and the data-sharing capabilities of this system in
Kittitas County will be a 'force multiplier'for every piece of this interacting system. This network of
shared real-time safety intelligence will reduce the ability of criminals to evade detection by fleeing into
and hiding in our communities. lt will increase our ability to identify those who commit crimes in our
county for apprehension elsewhere. lt will strengthen county-wide and regional cooperation among law
enforcement by empowering deputies and officer's region-wide to act on the intelligence and alerts
of all participating agencies.
The first year the cost will be $36,500 (sales tax $3,139.00), the second year the cost will be
$30,000 (estimated sales tax $2,580.00)
Total Amount s66,500.00 (plus
applicable sales tax)
State Funds Federal Funds
Percentage County Funds S Matching Funds 5 CFDA#
ln-Kind S
Explain
ls Equipment being purchased?
